- To solve this, you’ll need to flush your DNS cache. To do this click the Start button and type CMD to open the Command Prompt. In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns. After you’ve done this, reload Final Fantasy XIV and attempt to re-download the patch.

Tried all sorts of possible fix (deleting patch folder, change Boot.cfg log, use VPN, disable firewall, Manual DNS setting, updating IE Edge, Changing back from Windows 11 to Windows 10.)

The error message was "Unable to download patch files. [30413] [25008] [20495]". The error appeared at random points near 470MB. I succeeded in downloading 6 patch files before this. I tried the following steps: Close all background applications. Disable all security software.

When I first was trying to patch I couldn't get anywhere, adjusting the DNS as above seemed to get me about halfway where I ran into your error codes. Things I did afterward, which some combination fixed it:
THE FIX FOR: UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD PATCH FILES [30413] [25008] [20512] [20495] [20496] First you will need to set up a Static ip. Go here to learn on how to do so--> https://portforward.com/networking/static-ip-windows-10.htm. Now you will need to setup Port Forwarding.
