Giờ chuẩn Greenwich (viết tắt từ tiếng Anh Greenwich Mean Time, thường gọi tắt là GMT nghĩa là "Giờ Trung bình tại Greenwich") là giờ Mặt Trời tại Đài thiên văn Hoàng Gia Greenwich tại Greenwich gần Luân Đôn, Anh. Nơi đây được quy ước nằm trên kinh tuyến số 0.
