  4. The process to apply for financial aid is essentially the same for all prospective students. Regardless of your citizenship or when you are applying, you will need to submit a CSS Profile and an IDOC Packet. US Citizens and Permanent Residents will also need to submit the FAFSA, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
