Log in to your UCSD email. Once your account is setup, it will take up to 24 hours before you can access your student email and setup email on your device. All new undergraduate students and most new graduate students will access student email on Gmail with @ucsd.edu included in the username.
UC San Diego Gmail provides a Web-based interface to read and send email using any Internet-connected computer with a Web browser. To log in, you will need: Username (full and official UCSD e-mail address): username@ucsd.edu; Password: Your AD password
Enter your AD username and password and click Log on to see your email. Your username is usually the first part of your email address (before the @ symbol). If you forget your password, reset it.

1. Look up your account. New student accounts are automatically set up once you have accepted your offer of admission. After the Accept My Offer deadline, look up your account details using your last name and student ID number. If you can't find your account details, email servicedesk@ucsd.edu.
