The Perfect Holiday is a 2007 comedy film directed by Lance Rivera, starring Gabrielle Union, Morris Chestnut and Terrence Howard, and is produced by Academy Award-nominated actress Queen Latifah, who also serves as narrator. The film was released on December 12, 2007. It was also the first film by Destination Films to receive a wide release since Beautiful.
Along with Rivera, script credits go to three other writers which may help to explain the screenplay's oft-disjointed and inconsistent tone. "The Perfect Holiday" is NOT the first African-American ensemble comedy of the season, nor did Hollywood save the best for last.

The Perfect Holiday: Directed by Lance Rivera. With Morris Chestnut, Gabrielle Union, Faizon Love, Charlie Murphy. A young girl turns to a department store Santa in the hopes that he will help find a new husband for her divorced mother.
