All Highlander films are available for free to Amazon Prime members on Prime Video (the version of Highlander 2 they provide is the remastered "Renegade Version"). There is a DVD set which includes all 5 live-action Highlander films for roughly $12.
Highlander III - the European version labeled The Sorcerer is the one I'd recommend. That has the original visual effects and the original music selection. The Final Dimension version is what Americans know as Highlander III.
Most of what you will find on Amazon are bootlegs. I got my set directly from the Highlander Official store back in like 2002. Your best bet for getting an "original" dvd set would be Ebay. (and apparently not gonna be cheap, most of the full sets of original DVD's look like they are going for $150) This one looks like my set:

Probably the same transfers we see on prime, Tubi, and conTV for free. Incredibly soft picture due to DNR to remove film grain. The Anchor Bay DVDs are superior.
