JeffNet What is JeffNet? JeffNet is a closed Internet browser-based service sponsored by the Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court since 2004 that allows access to property, civil, criminal and other public records maintained by the Clerk’s Office.
Urgent. It has come to our attention that scammers are mimicking court and law enforcement phone numbers to con residents. The scammers use legitimate names of local law enforcement and court officials telling people they have missed a court date or failed to show up for jury duty, and are intimidating victims into paying bogus fines by threats of arrest.
News & Innovation Hurricane Ida filings. During the week of July 31 – August 4, the 24th JDC civil-filing department filed and processed 17,476 filings (many of those Ida related) and imaged 7,837 documents – all in addition to its other filings.
