Sep 6, 2016 · As a huge fan of Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo and her college experiences, I was really disappointed that Love O2O completely moved away from that setting. While some parts of the story were an alright watch, others were downright boring, slow and lacked depth.
Question. The main reason I want to check it out is because it has a lot of well-known actors, but I’ve read some negative reviews which made me do a double take. My favorite genre is romcom, and I’m fine with anything as long as the characters are not cringy, abusive, or clingy. Thanks in advance!

Apr 26, 2017 · Meh Love o2o is very mediocre, if not for eye candy it wouldn’t be as popular. If you want substance and a drama that’s deep, compelling, very well acted and does make sense, watch Nirvana in Fire.

Er Xi ( Xiaotong Mao) is a fun character and provides some comic relief, as does Xiao Nai's college roommates and programming buddies. Several of the characters that initially present themselves as bad, for conflict's sake, are allowed to grow and change, which was nice. Overall better than average and fun to watch.
