Route 25 is a 10-mile-long (16 km) freeway located in Plymouth County and Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The route is a nominally east–west highway, and less commonly known as the Blue Star Memorial Highway. An eastward continuation of Interstate 495, Route 25 provides freeway access to Cape Cod.

The Northwest Expressway (US 3) is the one freeway in Massachusetts that still used the "25 is 128" system. As such, its exit numbering scheme started at 25 (at Route 128/I-95) and went up to 36. Route 128 has reversed exit numbering; that is, exit numbers increase going north-to-south. Exit numbers start at 29 and end at 10.

The MassDPW approved preliminary route plans for MA 25 in 1957. Between 1958 and 1967, a 15-mile-long section of the MA 25 Expressway was built by from I-195 in Wareham northwest to the Fall River Expressway / Amvets Highway (MA 24) in Raynham. This four-lane section was financed 50-50 between the state and federal governments.
The route has three numbered interchanges along its 10.006-mile (16.103 km) length before terminating at the northern end of the Bourne Bridge in Bourne; the mainline of Route 25 continues across the bridge and over the Cape Cod Canal as Massachusetts Route 28 south. The route travels 136 mi (219 km) generally west to east, entering Massachusetts at the New York state line in the town of West Stockbridge, and passes just north of Springfield, just south of Worcester and through Framingham before terminating near Logan International Airport in Boston.
