Sep 2012 • Couples. If you start at the trail by the "Tridge" and walk about a mile West, you will arrive at the Dahlia Hill. The gardens are terraced, and include step paths and sculptures. There are signs that indicate the flower bed layouts, as well as the history of the gardens.

Dahlia Hill is unlike any other garden. 3,000 dahlias are planted yearly on the eight-level terraced hillside. Showcasing over 250 labeled varieties along the gravel paths, there are examples of all 19 dahlia petal types. The dahlias are in bloom from August through October.
