The Musée d'Orsay (UK: / ˌ m juː z eɪ d ɔːr ˈ s eɪ / MEW-zay dor-SAY, US: / m juː ˈ z eɪ-/ mew-ZAY-, French: [myze dɔʁsɛ]) (English: Orsay Museum) is a museum in Paris, France, on the Left Bank of the Seine. It is housed in the former Gare d'Orsay, a Beaux-Arts railway station built between 1898 and 1900.
Tuesday to Sunday 9:30am - 6pm. Last access to the museum at 5pm, last access to the exhibitions at 5:15pm, closing of the rooms from 5:30pm. Late opening on Thursday until 9:45pm. Last access to the museum and exhibitions at 9pm, closing of the rooms from 9:15pm. Closed every Monday, May 1 and December 25.

The Musée d'Orsay is closed on Mondays. It’s also closed on May 1 and December 25. Arrive on time – your ticket won't be valid if you arrive after your time slot . The museum has two entrances (Entrance A: River Seine and Entrance C: Rue de Lille). Check your ticket to see which door you should use. Cloakrooms are free of charge.
