I was looking for a turbo exhaust manifold for my 310 and came across some articles about the 83 Pulsar that used an E15 turbo. I'm wanting to see if that manifold and turbo parts will fit my A15, what's the difference between the two motors? Please help.
The Nissan E engine ᵂ (PLASMA) was a major redesign of the Nissan A engine, specifically to fit Front-Wheel Drive vehicles. The first variation, E15, debuted in late 1981 for the 1982 N10 (Pulsar/Datsun 310), replacing the A15. it has an identical bore & stroke.

Sep 10, 2004 · #1 · Sep 10, 2004. I bought an E15 engine and it has all the injection stuffs, intake manifold, wires and ECU from E15ET but no turbo etc. It has standard block and head. I'm going to turbocharge it and I'm hoping to get about 140-150hp with these things: Garrett T2 (or T02) or IHI RHB5 (vl5 or vl7) 2,5 in. exhaust pipe. DIY exhaust manifold.
