Due to the significant amount of requests received each year, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill all requests. Omaha Children's Museum reserves the right to deny any donation request any time for any. We evaluate applications based on the following guidelines: 1. The recipient must be a 501c3 nonprofit organization or a children's cause.
Submit A Request. Requests are not accepted by phone. Fax. Attention: Donation Requests at 317-920-2001. Email. customerservice@childrensmuseum.org. Email requests will only be accepted if it includes a PDF of the donation request letter on organization letterhead. Mail. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Attention: Donation Requests.
Application Process. Donation requests must be received at least six weeks prior to your event. Approved requests will be sent via ground mail.
