The sly games work better on RPCS3 compared to pcsx2, the PS2 versions can have some slowdowns, and graphical glitches. I have a 5600x, 4.65 GHz with Curve Optimizer -25 and PBO enabled, and RPCS3 is a way better experience.

Like the other person said, emulation though I would suggest the PS2 emulator over the PS3 emulator (use PCSX2). You can also use PS Now on PC. PCSX2 is really CPU depended so if you are lacking a good CPU. Because PCSX2 is so poorly optimised i would use RPCS3 especially for sly games. I wouldn't but OK.
