Jaegers ( [ˈjɛːɡɐ], Jäger, Hunter) are next generation mobile weapons. Originally pioneered by the Pan Pacific Defense Corps ' Jaeger Program, the Jaegers were the most effective first and last line of defense against the Kaiju during the Kaiju War from 2014 to 2025.

- Gipsy Avenger. Embracing the iconic and familiar design to the main Jaeger of Pacific Rim 1, the Gipsy Avenger is the successor to Gipsy Danger. This Jaeger still operates on a two-pilot drift system but the cockpit tech has changed significant with operator feet no longer locked into place, and holographic displays that mirror the action and weapons on the pilot.

The oldest design of the five main Jaegers in Pacific Rim Uprising (they're all Mark VI units and the Bracer Phoenix is a Mark V), the Bracer Phoenix is the real "brute force" of the fleet and can hold its own with its special ability: This three-pilot rig can allow one pilot to drop down to the Bracer Phoenix's chest area to operate the devastating pair of Vortex Cannons.
- Guardian Bravo. The Guardian Bravo is another brute force jaeger who has a really cool weapon "Graphine Arc Whip" allowing it to specialize in ranged combat.
- Titan Redeemer. The Titan Redeemer is easily recognizable thanks to the "ball of death" attached to the end of its arm. "Built for brute force and armed with a seismic morningstar, Titan Redeemer is the walking wrecking ball of the new fleet."

- Saber Athena. The Saber Athena is also a Mark VI Jaeger, a next-generation mech with a different design than most Jaegers. In fact, it's much sleeker, thinner and lighter than the usual Jaeger, and it has accelerated limbs that make it faster than the rest.
- Bracer Phoenix. At 232 feet tall, Bracer Phoenix is the shortest of all five Jaegers. But what it lacks in height, it makes up for in raw power. This grey robot works as a brute, a blunt force that hails from an earlier generation of mechs.
