2017 Fee Schedule. Fees are due within 14 days of rabies vaccination. There will be a $10 late fee if payment is received after the payment due date. Illinois 20-Hour Basic Training Course. In 2021 Senate bill SB0548 was passed, and starting January 1, 2022, private detective agency employees in Illinois are now allowed to choose online course formats for their required 20-hour basic training.
