5 days ago · On Steam, Chapter 1 is free, but Chapter 2 acts as a paid DLC. After purchasing and downloading chapter 2, you need to launch the game and then select ‘chapter 2’. For mobile, Poppy Playtime Chapter 1 and Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 are separate games.

Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web" is the second installment of the indie horror franchise Poppy Playtime, released on May 5th, 2022. The plot of the chapter continues after the end of Chapter 1: "A Tight Squeeze", where The Player releases Poppy Playtime from her confinement.

May 5, 2022 · While Poppy Playtime is usually sold for $4.99, the Steam page is currently showing the game is now available to download and play without cost. This has likely been done to bolster interest in the new Chapter 2, which will be available as DLC for the base game sometime later today.
