About Us. The Assessors’ Office is comprised of administration and four divisions-Residential, Commercial/Industrial, Special Projects, and Personal Property. There are 28 employees in the Tax Assessors Office. Andrea Crutchfield ( acrutchfield@maconbibb.us) was appointed as Chief Appraiser of Bibb County in September 2008.
