Red Oaks Waterpark is a great place to take the kids and "grandkids". The park is very clean. Smoking and alcohol are not allowed on the premises. The only recommendation is another bathroom facility by the toddler area.
It's a fun family day with out breaking the bank. You can bring your own beverage and food, which will save a whole bunch of money with active hungry kids.
