Richard Neely Morrison was drafted at the height of the Vietnam War and became a pilot for Navy. His long record of public service earned him induction last month into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame.
Morrison, Richard Neely. Class: 2022. Biography: Born in Mesa, Arizona in 1947, Richard Morrison served in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator for six years. Richard then practiced water and environmental law, negotiating many water rights agreements to ensure a sustainable water supply for Arizona residents.
