Jul 9, 2017 · I am 5'4" and with a pillow, my feet are against the wall. One could sleep at an angle and get more space. If I were closer to 6' I would want the 190 with the "dinette" which makes twin beds. Jim Hammill, the CEO, announced on the Roadtreking Facebook page that the 170 was being discontinued.
I have loved this Roadtrek; it is an excellent way to camp in an RV, with minimal fuss. The Roadtrek's are beautifully designed in Canada on a solid Chevy chassis, with comfort and practicality in mind. A big plus of this smallest of the fleet, is that it easily parks on the street or in the driveway, no HOA complaints (!).

Apr 20, 2022 · the 170 tends to have alot of overhanging cabinetry- it's tight feeling for me. I think your 6.0 Pleasureway would have the 3.93 or 3.73 (forget which they used) in it, but the Roadtrek would likely have 4.11 gears, at least in the 190s. The 170 is shorter wheelbase so would be better against getting high centered.

Mar 22, 2013 · I'm not sure if both floor plans are available in the 170, but there is a option to replace the seat behind the driver with a storage cabinet, which makes it very much like the Popular model. Google search for Roadtrek 190 170 floor plans and check the images for a good visual representation.
