The episode starts with a scene with three broken toilets from Normal Skibidi Toilets and a flushed Very Large Skibidi Toilet on the background, featuring the POV-Cameraman and Plunger Cameraman ,with a plunger beside him. Then, an explosion is seen nearby, accompanied by a Helicopter Gray Skibidi Toilet heading toward the battleground. Abruptly, loud noises fill the background as the earlier-seen helicopter Skibidi returns to view, crashes, and explodes nearby.
The POV-Cameraman then witnesses the Infected Titan Speakerman plummeting to the ground, apparently hit by something. The Infected Titan Speakerman quickly turns its attention towards the source of impact, firing its plasma cannon at it. Suddenly, a flushed Semi-Giant Gray Skibidi Toilet is hurled at Titan Speakerman, but it manages to deflect the toilet with his arms. The POV-Cameraman shifts to reveal Cinemaman emerging gradually from a black cloud of smoke. As another of the Infected Titan Speakerman's plasma bolts hits Cinemaman, it seems unaffected and continues his approach.
Using his jetpack, the Infected Titan Speakerman gains altitude to distance himself before firing its cannon once more at Cinemaman, attempting to inflict damage without success. Observing this, Cinemaman starts to charge his jetpack and activates the two helicopter blades on the speaker-equipped helicopters, propelling itself upwards toward the Infected Titan Speakerman. A collision occurs, causing an explosion as the two Titans crash to the ground. They both rise, and the Infected Titan Speakerman makes a final effort to halt Cinemaman by firing its cannon. However, the Infected Titan Speakerman halts when Cinemaman, for the first time ever, employs his shoulder-mounted claws to detach two of the Infected Titan Speakerman's head speakers while attempting to seize the Large Parasite Toilet.
Consequently, the Infected Titan Speakerman emits groaning sounds resembling signs of pain before igniting its jet boosters, ascending into the air, and fleeing. This act is actually a ploy to lead Cinemaman into a trap. Speaking of Cinemaman, he appears to be trying to grasp the Infected Titan Speakerman as it takes flight, presumably aiming for the Parasite affixed to the back of the Infected Titan Speakerman's neck, though he fails. The POV-Cameraman shifts to the Infected Titan Speakerman, which then looks back at him, displaying a "-_-" emoticon on his screen, likely expressing disappointment at the turn of events. Cinemaman is enveloped in black smoke and vanishes into thin air. After Cinemaman disappears, the soundtrack includes helicopter and siren sounds before the screen fades to black, concluding the episode.
•At the beginning of the episode at the left hand side of the screen, the Secret Agent can be seen inside the house.
•In reverse, Cinemaman says "Come here" while walking towards the ITSM.
