Using mouse models of estrogen receptor deficiency and transcriptional profiling at single cell resolution, the Correa Lab is testing the hypothesis that specific neuronal populations within the hypothalamus mediate some of the adverse side effects of adjuvant endocrine therapies for breast cancer.
