Sketchwings both have a queen and a king, as well as a fully able court of law. The queen never fully makes decisions by herself, the most important decisions often take place before the elder coven.
Very few tribes know about the Sketchwings and they have drastic thoughts about most tribes. Its only the Pantalantribes they really talk to, but on rare occasions they meet Screewings or Yeetwings.
