Let's talk: The Civil Wars. I don't know how many of you here like Americana/Indie folk in general or The Civil Wars, so I'll give a bit of background information. This was a duo composed of John Paul White and Joy Williams. Formed in 2008, broke up in 2014. They released 2 albums and won 4 Grammys during this time.
I happen to know they did have an affair & that JPW tried to hook up with another female musician (that he was confiding in about everything) around the time they broke up. The timeline is a little fuzzy now because it was so long ago. He was drunk and emotional in the moment.
