This film reveals the extent of the depths the CIA sunk to in its fight against terrorism and it's losing battle to hold on to it's founding fathers values. The film however leaves the viewer believing that the CIA (and larger extent the US) is willing to learn from its mistakes and grow as a nation. Unfortunately this isn't occuring.
