As someone else posted. I watch on Comet TV which airs it Monday - Friday, but it's a cable/satellite channel However, during the show Comet TV consently promotes at the bottom of the screen: "Watch The X-Files for free on Stirr.com." I haven't checked it out enough myself but Stirr looks to be free like Pluto TV. Has some same channels.

If you live in or near a larger city- honestly just google and call up some larger non-chain DVD stores near you. I always wanted to own the X-Files physically, and a month or two before they got removed from Netflix I was traveling and came across this huge movie and music store.
