I watch on Comet TV which airs it Monday - Friday, but it's a cable/satellite channel However, during the show Comet TV consently promotes at the bottom of the screen: "Watch The X-Files for free on Stirr.com." I haven't checked it out enough myself but Stirr looks to be free like Pluto TV. Has some same channels.
