A UCI WorldTeam (2015–present), previously UCI ProTeam (2005–2014), is the term used by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to name a cycling team of the highest category in professional road cycling, the UCI World Tour or UCI ProTour, respectively.

Dec 25, 2018 · 10 season-long international road cycling series were included on the UCI Internatonal Calendar in 2018: UCI WorldTour, UCI Women’s WorldTour, UCI Africa Tour, UCI Asia Tour, UCI America Tour, UCI Europe Tour, UCI Oceania Tour, UCI Nations’ Cup U23, UCI Men Junior Nations’ Cup, and the UCI Women Junior Nations’ Cup.
UCI World Tour ranking merged with ex UCI ProTour ranking in 2011. It was designating the best rider and the best team of the season between 2009 and 2018; and the best nation of the season between 2009 and 2016.
