My wife and I decided to move our numbers to Verizon 2 months ago, and we got new devices, which were supposed to be for free (other than the sales tax or whatever) with a 3-years contract.

   • The deal never showed up and that was 3 months ago. Verizon and Victra both just keep telling us to wait. She went into Victra this weekend and was told by the manager that his sales rep made a mistake with the deal and there is absolutely nothing that he or Verizon can do for her.
