VidAmerica, Inc. was originally formed in 1979 as VidAmerica as a rental service and a division of duplicator Video Corporation of America, to distribute films from United Artists and Avco Embassy Pictures,. It was expanded to special interest programs over time, including NFL Films and other sports titles.
