(a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Immigration Act of 1990’’. (b) REFERENCES IN ACT.—Except as specifically provided in this Act, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is ex-pressed as an amendment to or repeal of a provision, the reference shall be deemed to be made to the Immigration and Nationality Act.
