Dec 20, 2017 · One thing I do not understand is that the University Town (Society) is located in the Islamabad Capital Territory and you are saying that the the society has acquired the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
All government departments and authorities have given NOCs to University Town. NOC RDA: RDA/MP & TE/F – PHS – 43/1873) was given by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
Rawalpindi Development Authority – RDA has granted approval of No Objection Certificate – NOC for University Town in response to RDA: RDA/MP & TE/F – PHS – 43/1873 dated 9-5-2006. This can be verified on the Rawalpindi Development Authority RDA’s official website.
