Since update 2.0, there are player level thresholds for item Tiers, meaning that after reaching a certain level, you unlock a new vendor stock and loot Tier. Weapons. Tier 1 from Level 1. Tier 2 from Level 9. Tier 3 from Level 17.
I can only assume the tiers are tied to character level, but does anyone know the actual thresholds? Tiers seem to update every 10 levels so 1-9 is tier1, level 10 unlocks tier 2 cyberware, etc. I'm level 26 with 42 street cred and I'm constantly getting tier 4 (purple) quickhacks and weapon salesmen have moved on to tier 4 as well but all….
