It can be loaded from No1,2,3,or 4 Chargers with Mk 6, 7, 7z ammo, all in .303 British. The Rifle No1 was a "Millie" (spelt MLE), but the No1 MKIII was a SMLE (pronounced Smellie), but the rifle No 4 was not, just to confuse you more.
