Biblical Bible Beauty Lesson #1 – Imago Dei. “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.”. – Genesis 1:27. Imago Dei is Latin for the image of God. You and I are made in the image of God! In Genesis, when God created humans, God made us in his own image.

- She Submits to Her Husband in Christian Marriage. Colossians 3:18 says… “Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.” Rather than sinfully seeking dominance over her spouse, a godly woman should submit to her husband as he follows the Lord in their marriage.

Yet, I love the word “merely.” It literally means: “Don’t just be beautiful on the outside; be beautiful on the inside.” God commands you here to have a beautiful heart. In other words, be the full package. Be beautiful inside and out.
