About St. Paul’s Co-educational College. St. Paul’s Co-educational College (SPCC) was founded by the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (the Hong Kong Anglican Church) in 1915. It provides secondary education from Grade 7 (Form 1) through to Grade 12 (Form 6). The total enrolment presently stands at 1210.
