   How long is the coral reef in Tumbatu?

   • The coral reef is very impressive, about 1.5 km in length along the coast of the island. We then stopped on the main island of Tumbatu to meet the island's Chief and take a stroll around the village. The ppl were friendly and very curious about us as very few outsiders visit.

   Jumped on the boat for a 30 minute ride to the island I believe 6 miles away. One of my best snorkeling experiences right after the great barrier reef. Obviously not as vast but saw so much, so clear, many fishes, the corals, sea snakes, sea cucumbers.
