Take a look at the PayPal prepaid Mastercard webpage for information. From what I read the inactivity fee is 0. I do not see an age limitation for the card and the card is not directly connected to a PayPal account so the terms of service are different from that of PayPal.
I registered it in both PayPal and at the site that the gift card points you to on the back and it still wouldn’t work, in the end I had to use my main card. Does anyone know of a prepaid card that’s more reliable for this kind of thing?
I am looking at the card’s FAQs and you can actually buy the unpersonalized prepaid card (at a family dollar, rite aid, Walgreens, dollar general, etc) and load up to $500 dollars to it in the process.
