Sep 11, 2020 · Stephen J. Hagen. Professor & Associate Chair. Areas of Interest/Research. In our laboratory we study the dynamics of biological systems. Past research has focused on the use of time-resolved optical methods to study fast (nanosecond and microsecond) processes that occur during the folding and assembly of proteins and peptides.
