Season 4 is the final season of Servant to conclude the gothic, supernatural drama, ending with ten extra episodes as did its previous three seasons.
It premiered in late winter, the thirteenth of January, 2023 and concluded with the epic and intense series finale in early spring; the seventeenth of March/Saint Patrick's Day.

•The whole truth of Leanne Grayson's troubled girlhood and her developing yet uncontrollable supernatural abilities are fully explored more deeply, as is the existence of infant Jericho since his miraculous return to life by Leanne's mysterious, unspecified ability.
•Due to falling from a great height, Dorothy has ended up paraplegic from the last waist down and is thus wheelchair-bound.
•According to George, the blue-eyed infant boy that has been in the house since September 2019 is, in actuality, the son of a homeless drug addict who had died, and whose infant son Leanne had been passing off as the resurrected Jericho Turner ever since. This soon is dis-proven by George himself alone.
•Due to Leanne's extraordinarily strong psionic abilities, Julian and Sean end up incapacitated, which leaves Leanne free to be with Dorothy in the house all alone as she has always wanted Dorothy to be the doting and loving mother she never had.
•In the very car and right back seat where Jericho had succumbed to the extreme heat nearly one year ago, Dorothy finally recalls that traumatic day from Sean and Julian getting her to finally remember what had really happened to two-month-old (thirteen week-old) Jericho in middle or late August 2019. This revelation causes Jericho to again revert to the reborn doll.
