    (わんだふるぷりきゅあ!, Wonderful Pretty Cure!?) is the twenty first installment in the Pretty Cure franchise.

    Directed by Sato Masanori, and produced by Toei Animation, the series started airing on February 4th, 2024, succeeding Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure in its initial time slot.

    The series' main motif is animals, while the main theme is "humans and animals can all become friends".

    was first trademarked on November 30th, 2023. On the same day, the teaser website launched. The site officially opened on January 7th, 2024.

    Animal Town is a town where animals and people live together.

    Iroha loves animals and is good friends with her dog, Komugi!

    One day, a mysterious monster, Garugaru wreaks havoc in the town!

    However, in order to protect Iroha, Komugi transformed into a human and became a Pretty Cure...!?

    Komugi has to save the child animal whose heart is being garugaru-ed...!

    Pretty Cure

    •Inukai Komugi (犬飼こむぎ, Inukai Komugi?): Iroha's beloved Papillon. She's so happy to get a human form and talk to her beloved Iroha. Komugi is athletic, loves going for walks, full of curiosity, and is a glutton. Komugi loves to imitate Iroha's catchphrase, "Wonderful~" (「わんだふるー!」, "Wonderful~"?). Komugi transforms into Cure Wonderful (キュアワンダフル, Cure Wonderful?). •Inukai Iroha (犬飼いろは, Inukai Iroha?): A second year middle school student who loves animals. Iroha's daily routine is taking Komugi for morning walks. She has many friends who she loves to help out, and is well liked by animals. She is very honest and sporty. Iroha's catchphrase is "Wonderful!" (「ワンダフルー!」, "Wonderful!"?). Iroha transforms into Cure Friendy (キュアフレンディ, Cure Friendy?). •Nekoyashiki Yuki (猫屋敷ユキ, Nekoyashiki Yuki?): A white cat who lives with Mayu. Yuki is calm and collected, and goes at her own pace. She thinks highly of herself. She loves the collar charm that Mayu made for her. Yuki is the signature cat of "Pretty Holic", a store run by Mayu's mother, Sumire. She loves to nap, and cares for Mayu more than anyone else. Yuki transforms into Cure Nyammy (キュアニャミー, Cure Nyammy?). •Cure Lillian (キュアリリアン, Cure Lillian?)

    Niko Garden

    •Mey Mey (メエメエ, Mey Mey?): A sheep Niko Animal, who was saved by the Pretty Cure when he became a Garugaru. Mey Mey is Niko's butler, and supports the Pretty Cure with saving Niko Garden. Mey Mey considers himself to be a capable butler, but can sometimes be out of his element. He is skilled at making Niko Garden's special tea.

    Antagonists

    •Garugaru (ガルガル, Garugaru?): The series' monsters. They possess Niko and Kirarin Animals by trapping them in black and yellow eggs. When the eggs hatch, the affected animals rampage through the area and cause a lot of destruction.

    •Wonderful Pact (ワンダフルパクト, Wonderful Pact?): The transformation item used by Komugi and Iroha to transform into Pretty Cure.

    •Friendly Tact (フレンドリータクト, Friendly Tact?): Cure Wonderful and Cure Friendy's weapon.

    •Kiraniko Trunk (キラニコトランク, Kiraniko Trunk?): An item used to store the Kirarin Animals.

    •Shiny Cats Pact (シャイニーキャッツパクト, Shiny Cats Pact?): The transformation item used by Yuki and Mayu to transform into Pretty Cure.

    •Amity Ribbon Tambourine (アミティーリボンタンバリン, Amity Ribbon Tambourine?): Cure Nyammy and Cure Lillian's weapon.

    •Niko Fruit (ニコの実, Niko Fruit?): A specialty in Niko Garden. It's said to be so delicious that it makes the animals go "Nikoniko".
