No conscious effort is made to make orthodox Kun-Tao a system of physical education or a sport. Huc Chung Kun Tao's technical fundamentals deal with the sole use of one's entire body as a total weapon as opposed to other system's use of knives, clubs, spears, etc. Kun-Tao only studies such weapons in terms of learning how to combat them.

I am familiar with theory and all, but some of his claims and teachings seem outrageous!!
