Kings Park is both one of the world's largest and most beautiful inner city parks and also a rich cultural heritage site. It is home to the spectacular Western Australian Botanic Garden, which displays over 3,000 species of the State's unique flora - a sight unlike anywhere else in the world.
Kings Park, (Noongar: Kaarta Gar-up) is a 399.9-hectare (988-acre) park overlooking Perth Water and the central business district of Perth, Western Australia. The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland.
