He is the kindhearted, third and youngest son of Satan and an angel named Holly (played by Reese Witherspoon). Even though he is the son of the Devil, he is a very sweet boy and does not like evil and torture. He has two evil older brothers named Adrian and Cassius who torture him a lot.
He must send his most weak but beloved son, Little Nicky, to Earth to return his brothers to Hell. After the lord of darkness decides he will not cede his throne to any of his three sons, the two most powerful of them escape to Earth to create a kingdom for themselves.
