Feb 28, 2015 · As per my knowledge there is no such application available for Windows 7. However, you may try to set MSN as your home page on Internet Explorer and can have all those information of local weather on that page.

If you're having issues with the Weather app, you've come to the right place.
There are a few simple things that you can do to resolve most issues with MSN apps.
•First, be sure that you have a connection to the internet. If you are on a mobile device and away from Wi-Fi hotspots, be sure that you have allowed the device to use your cellular service.
•Next, be sure that you are signed in with your Microsoft account and that you are using the same Microsoft account on devices that you want to share information.
•Launch the app and use it for a while before checking to see if the live tile updates. If you are using the app for the first time, it may download updates and some features may respond slower than expected.
If you see a specific error message, send feedback from within the app and include the error message in your feedback.
For the Windows app:
1.Swipe up from the bottom of the screen or right-click with your mouse.
2.Tap or select the button marked Change to Celsius or Change to Fahrenheit.

Apr 18, 2024 · If you haven't tried anything yet, please make sure that you have an active internet connection and test visiting MSN Weather using Microsoft Edge: https://www.msn.com/en-us/weather/forecast/. If the web version is working, please reset the MSN Weather app: > Press the Windows + I key to open Settings.
