Oct 28, 2015 · Just be careful not to end up in grassy areas. First, you must traverse Route 101, a pleasant little lane linking directly to Oldale Town. There's no Trainers here and the wild Pokémon here are all weak (all at level 2-3).

When you get onto the Route, note that you can find Pokémon by walking around in the tall bushels of grass on the map. There are multiple ledges that can't be climbed, so you'll have to zig-zag your way through the tall grass in the area.
