Dolls with decal eyes (such as are found on Samantha or Felicity) will not get silver eye. Silver eye is when the colored portion of the eye detaches from the glass, the separation causes a creepy silver discoloration of the irises.

I don't see silver eye, but it does look a bit odd. The right eye looks to present early signs of silver eye. I sent my silver eyed Kirsten and Bitty Baby to the doll hospital last year and they did free eye swaps. The service should still be free for this defect. I hope this helps😊.
Nov 28, 2022 · I sent in my PC Kirsten to the doll hospital to replace her silver eye. They don't replace the head (unless you pay for that). I put off doing it for years because I thought they would have to completely change her head.
I noticed my Elizabeth doll has two different sized pupils, one being smaller and slightly cloudier. Is this the beginning of silver eye or just a manufacturing difference? Thanks!
