Luo Xiaohei (羅小黑, Luó Xiǎohēi) is one of the protagonists of The Legend of Hei and The Legend of Luo Xiaohei. He also appears in the manhua sequel to The Legend of Hei and the manhua adaptation of The Legend of Luo Xiaohei.
