Sentencing has been delayed until September for McComb real estate developer Todd Phillips, who pleaded guilty in May to charges of conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Phillips had faced sentencing Friday, but his court date before U.S. District Judge Tom S. Lee was postponed, an official from U.S. Attorney Dunn Lampton’s office said.

On January 29, 2010, this court, after finding an actual loss amount of between $2.5 and $7 million, sentenced Phillips to a 51-month term of imprisonment and to three years of supervised release.
