Mar 16, 2014 · Back in 1992, young Queens couple Thomas and Rosemarie Uva were in need of money, so they hit upon a not-so-brilliant plan: They stick up Mafia-friendly social clubs, robbing whomever they found inside of cash and jewelry. Nina Arianda as “Rosie,” and Michael Pitt as “Tommy.”.
Plot. The film opens with two small-time crooks Tommy Uva (Pitt) and Rosie DeToma (Arianda) getting high and robbing a florist on Valentine's Day. Tommy holds up the cashier with a pistol while Rosie waits in the car she inherited from her father. Tommy is arrested and sent to prison for 18 months.
